All In One Remote  

All In One Remote is an Android application that controls computer from your Android phone with a huge set of features.     Application still under development.

All In One Remote Key Features:

6. Control PC applications (such as Windows media player, Media player classic, Winamp, VLC, Banshee, Totem ).Note: applications should be active.
7. Server application will notify user in case of new version released.

How to use All In One Remote:
All In One Remote consists of two parts: the phone application you can download from Google’s Android Marketplace, and a server application for your computer that you can download here.

The portable version will work on windows and Linux. 
Just extract (All_In_One_Remote_Portable1.7.zip) and run (AIOServer.jar) on Windows & Linux 
or (AIOServer.bat) on Windows only 
or (AIOServer.sh) on Linux only. 
Requirements
1- Java SE Runtime Environment 1.6 or higher.
2- Some sort of wireless network connection.
3- A device running the Android operating system 2.1+.
